WAGES AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The project was carried out at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Mumbai. The title of this project is The Study of Salary and Wage Administration. The objective of the study is to analyse the Salary Administration in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The study was conducted to know the structure and salary provided by the Company to its employees. In this project, I studied the present salary compensation of TCS along with the evaluation of the incentives, bonus, bonuses allowances given to the employees. I also studied the execution of Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Encashment of leave for the final payment of the employee when he/ she leaves the company. During project, I go the to the clear about the salary structure and about the functioning of the organization.
