    Abstract
We present the computational fitting program for the microhertz to terahertz frequency dielectric data using different dielectric models. Dielectric spectroscopy is the precise measurement of a material's electrical characteristics by logging the correlation between current and voltage for a series of electrodes having the material of interest. The experimental data are analyzed using Different dielectric models (Debye, Cole-Cole, Cole-Devidson, Havriliak-Negami and Lorentz oscillatory model in the frequency range of 8 x10 8 Hz to 2 x10 10 Hz and 1.1 x10 11 Hz to 1.5 x10 12 Hz. Python/Scilab is used to develop the programming to analyze the Experimental data.
