dc.description.abstractCollege time for every individual is such a time which is very crucial, and which is filled up with lot of excitement, various challenges, and study pressure. Who does not want to do the best in their life? Graduation from the best university or institute helps a lot. The right stream at the graduate level gives propulsion towards your career objectives. But where you’ll get the trusted information. Few have elders to guide us, but who don’t have anyone, then what they do? After passing intermediate/10+2, students face lots of difficulties in selecting the right courses, colleges, and universities where they can shape a better future and good career. Therefore, it is important to have a counsellor who can guide the students where they should be and what they can do for themselves in the future academics. This thesis goes in brief of the same issue, also includes examination of the problem, how this can be resolved, and certain samples has been taken from the college counsellors, graduates, 12th and graduate pass outs focussing Delhi as the focus point.en_US
